The Habit Lab is a highly targeted 3-day protocol. It begins with a quiz that identifies your biggest friction point. It utilizes my signature "Replacement Method" to shift your behavior to insert a better option first, without restricting the foods you love. It provides the exact blueprint to automate your habit change for one of the following pathways, depending on your results from the quiz.
