I found myself 60 pounds overweight, unhappy with low energy and low self-esteem. It wasn't a lack of knowledge that kept me in that state, I just couldn't stay on track. Alcohol was taking control of my life.
In 2013, I got sober, but I basically just swapped out the alcohol for sugar. I was obese, exhausted, and lazy as hell. While working full-time and getting my MBA with zero free time in 2015, I was peer-pressured into a 5K (at this actual dinner in the picture to the left).
I went all-in, lost 30 lbs, but was in an endless start-stop cycle of being injured because I went at it with no plan, no prep.
I realized that pushing myself to the absolute max just wasn't sustainable. So, I regrouped. I’ve always been lazy. But I wanted to lose weight.
So instead of pushing everything through with willpower, I figured, why not try building a system that required the least effort to execute and still see progress.
I automated my meals, scheduled my movement, and stopped relying on willpower. Those "lazy systems" helped me drop another 30 lbs, stay injury-free, and even cross the finish line as an Ironman (pic-first Ironman 2021).
This lead me to my passion for helping others in similar situations. So, I became a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. Now I help others find habits that work in their lives to get healthy!
Health is a System, Not a Diet
Instead of extreme diets and intense workouts, this program builds small, repeatable habits that improve your energy, focus, and long-term health.
The goal is consistency, not perfection.
Small Actions Win
Sustainable habits beat extreme effort.
We focus on the "minimum effort" required to get a massive biological ROI. You don't need a grueling 2-hour gym session; you need a sustainable 15-minute daily baseline that runs on autopilot so you never burn out.
Energy Over Aesthetics
Better nutrition & movement improve performance.
We aren't just chasing a number on the scale; we are rebuilding your energy supply chain. When you fix the 3 PM energy crash, the weight loss is a byproduct of a better system.
Systems Beat Willpower
Structure replaces motivation.
Your willpower battery is completely dead by the time you log off work. Instead of telling you to "try harder," we stage your environment so making the healthy choice is literally the easiest, laziest path of least resistance.
Health Fits Your Life
You improve without giving up food, family, or work.
You shouldn't have to eat out of Tupperware or skip weekend dinners with your kids to get healthy. We build flexible protocols that adapt to your chaotic executive schedule, not the other way around.
